Reopening Registration

Service Date: Sept. 27, 2020
Service times: 8:30am & 10am

Due to COVID-19 precautions, space will be limited, so reservations are required. You can reserve your seat beginning at 10am on Monday before the service you wish to attend. Reservations close when spaces are full, or by 5pm Thursday, whichever comes first. Reservations will need to be made each week for each Sunday service.  If you attended last week, out of consideration of others, please let them have the opportunity to make early reservations, but please check back on Thursdays before 5pm, and if space is open, you are more than welcome to go ahead and register.

CSM Kids services will be open for students in Kindergarten - 5th grade, with a program at both 8:30 and 10am services. PARENTS, please note: If you are dropping children off at the Kids Building, you do not need to include them in your count when you make reservations for seating in the Sanctuary or Weatherby Hall. Jr. Varsity and Varsity students will continue to meet at 10am only.

The Nursery/Preschool will reopen on Sunday, Oct. 4. RESERVATIONS WILL be necessary. You can make reservations for these children beginning Sept. 27.

Please fill in this registration form and fully read the items below it.  After you submit it, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print it out, or save it to your mobile device, and bring the reservation confirmation for entry into a building. IF you forget or can't find your email confirmation, please come anyway - we have a list of registrations.

Charlotte Campus Registration

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By entering onto any property of Central Church or participating in any of Central Church’s programs, I (on behalf of myself and my family members) acknowledge and agree with the following:

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is of course, ever-evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life threatening illness and even death. Central Church cannot prevent me or my family members from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while on Central Church’s property or when participating in Central Church’s programs. Therefore, by entering a Central Church facility or participating in one of its programs, I acknowledge that I may be exposing myself and my family members to and/or increasing my/our risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. I expressly assume that risk, on behalf of myself and my family. I (on behalf of myself and my family members), hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Central Church or any its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or other representatives related to any of the foregoing.
